Player, Airplane
The Bad Ending in Airplane is accessed when the player that becomes the co-pilot during the Endgame accepts the Monster's offer to rule the underworld with him if they decide to crash the plane.
After the co-pilot states their choice, the Monster will laughs at the rest of the players for being so foolish as to trust the co-pilot, claiming that they were always on his side the whole time. He then orders the co-pilot to take the two of them "home", to which they comply. The plane lights flicker, presumably foreshadowing a dive, and the story ends.
